Engagement Process

Following your submission

  • Acknowledgement within one business day. A senior consultant reviews the submission and responds with preliminary clarifying questions.
  • Scheduled consultation. A 45-minute session is arranged at a time convenient to your organization, conducted without cost or obligation.
  • Written summary. Following the consultation you receive a documented summary of the discussion and recommended initial scope, retained by your organization irrespective of whether an engagement proceeds.
  • Proposal, where appropriate. Should the requirement fall within IT Guru's capability, a formal proposal is issued specifying scope, commercial terms, and delivery schedule.

Confidentiality

Information disclosed during preliminary discussions is treated as confidential. IT Guru will execute a non-disclosure agreement prior to substantive discussion where organizational policy requires it.

Active security incidents

Organizations experiencing an active security incident should indicate Immediate under anticipated timeline and note the circumstances in the requirement summary. Submissions of this nature are escalated on receipt.
